You will not find a more HONEST, EFFICIENT, and FRIENDLY Diesel mechanic. Brad and Brent are the ONLY diesel shop I trust. They replaced my transmission 2 years ago, working with the insurance company, they saved me THOUSANDS of dollars. I just recently brought my truck back to them with the dreaded diesel lifter noise and low power from low oil and they quickly (on a Monday morning, as busy as they always are), pulled it in, and found a simple repair, the egr plate fell off causing noise and reduced power. Any other shop would have ran with "low oil" and "lifter noise" to jack up the bill. Not these guys!! Id trust em with my teenage daughter and my bank account!!

My Ram truck has been leaking oil for at least a year. I finally got tired of it and took it to B&B to have it fixed, which entailed changing the oil pan gasket. I brought the truck in on Monday and was told it would take about 3 days to fix. Brad called me that afternoon and told me that they found a number of things that were leaking and it would take them a while to fix them. I got the truck back and everything is working perfectly. Brad gave me a SUBSTANTIAL discount on the work to apologize for the delay in getting it fixed. I am extremely pleased with the job that B&B did and I would HIGHLY recommend them for any work that needs to be done on any vehicle.

I recently purchased a truck that had very little information on carfax, the good new it listed B&B as having seen this truck. So, I called and spoke to Courtney and she was very professional and friendly and willing to provide me with the service records. This was very important to putting me at ease with this truck. With a Ford 6.0 breakdown, we were traveling home from Stockton CA to Hickory, NC - Breakdown happened on a Friday night, I-40 towed to Kingman, NC spent 3 days in Motel waiting for them to open. Everyone we talked to said they were the ones with a Diesel pickup truck issue. They had been notified of the failure Saturday by the tow truck driver and I sent a notification with the appointment scheduler online. They were waiting on us as the tow company brought them a truck Monday morning arriving a few min after they opened. With in min they started testing, with a few hours in-shop and by 4:30pm the truck was singing like a song. Most would have replaced the HP pump, they did a complete diagnosis and found a stand pipe seal had failed. The guys are the real thing, I could have not had a better place to have a failure. I can not in any way thank them enough for their service and caring attitude. To them, it was just another day in the Diesel world and giving good fair service. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU! We would like to thank the team for getting us back on the road in a fast and efficient manner. Our water pump went out and we’re camping all the way out in Meadview. Courtney helped me get the repair quoted, scheduled and gave a great tow truck recommendation. In less than 24 hours we are back on the road at a fair and reasonable price.

We were over 400 miles from home when our fuel injector went out in our truck. B & B squeezed us in for the repairs and we were back on the road in no time!! Thanks guys!
